Aeroméxico’s goal was to strengthen the impact of their Hot Sale 2025 campaign without increasing budget. Between March and June 2025, Aeroméxico delivered over 30 million instant-play video views (“plays”) via Playable, contributing approximately MXN $112 million in revenue during that period.

The video email introduced travel offers and delivered measurable business results, including a +25% lift in conversions compared to static email, a +12% YoY increase in conversion rate, and +8% overall increase in revenue.

Playable video was deployed across email campaigns using Aeroméxico’s existing CRM infrastructure. Video was scaled across Aeroméxico’s broader CRM programs, enabling a 360-degree view of customer behavior and more personalized journeys.
